If you experience any problems with the new Windows 10 release please try the following:

1. Click the START button and then start typing:  User Account Control.  Click the option to adjust your User Account Control (UAC) settings by lowering the slider to a lower level, preferred is to the bottom/off as it can be a nuisance. 
2. Save the attached file (logbook.exe.manifest) to the Logbook Pro installation folder which is C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro (or on 64-bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Logbook Pro - overwrite the existing file of the same name.
3. Now you're ready to launch Logbook Pro, right-click on the shortcut on your desktop and choose Run as Administrator (only required one time)
