When running a report such as a flight log report in Logbook Pro the numbers included are only those within the date range set on the date filters first shown when starting a report.  Therefore to generate a report that includes your entire flight history you should click the ALL DATA button on the lower left of the date filter window.

To produce a report to provide to a requestor that only includes the last X pages you simply "print" only the pages needed.  Prepare your report as if you were going to print it then click the print button and choose the page range that you wish to print.  You can choose a printer such as Adobe PDF if Adobe Reader is installed or other print options as desired.
