How to take a Screen Capture

The ole saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" is true!  It really helps us help you if you can provide us a picture of what you see to help identify the problem and provide you a solution.  If you don't know how to take a screen capture, please see these articles that will assist you:

To take a screen capture on your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, please see this KB article.

On Android OS 4.x and later (starting with Ice Cream Sandwich) you can take a screen capture by pressing the volume down button and the power button.
